• Actively monitored and tracked analytics on fall off rates and identify opportunities for improvements on the online experience.

• Spearheaded the end-to-end research, design, ideation, stakeholders buy in concept of Singlife’s Purchase Journeys.

• Achieved significant conversion and click through rate metrics for this revamp

• Iterative rework of the CJ and UI design for the direct purchase journeys across different products, life, general insurance, investment.

• Working on payment methods in Singlife app to top up Singlife Account and Paying to businesses.

Worked on Singlife's design system while having a blast of a time with the team and Figma's new update of variables and redefining of foundations to achieve a more complete design system.


• Organising and refining colour styles, typography and components into variables based on atomic design 2.0 structure

• Collaborated and worked closely with the design team on standardising our components across all platforms

• Documentation and identifying the use cases of components for standardisation and a one source of truth
